 Mr. Richardson advises and represents employers in employment and business matters throughout Virginia. He serves as general counsel to multiple for-profit businesses and charitable organizations. Additionally, he has a diverse trial and appellate practice in federal and state courts and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Mr. Richardson has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Labor/Employment Law. He is a shareholder and director of the firm and serves on its executive committee.
