Ms. Chadbourn is admitted to practice before the Virginia State Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She was appointed by the Norfolk City Council to the Norfolk Environmental Commission in 2011. Additionally, she was recently elected by her peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Construction Law. She is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Junius P. Fulton, Jerome James and Everett A. Martin of the Virginia Circuit Court, Fourth Judicial Circuit, City of Norfolk. While in law school, she served as a Law Clerk for the United States Department of Justice and the Vermont Natural Resources Council.

Ms. Chadbourn is a member of Poole Mahoney PC's litigation team. She concentrates her practice in construction law, litigation and commercial litigation. Ms. Chadbourn provides an array of services for her construction industry clients such as contract negotiation and preparation, regulatory compliance, mechanic’s lien and payment bond claims, as well as mediation, arbitration and litigation of contract and payment disputes and defective construction disputes. Her clients include regional and local general contractors, contracting specialties and material suppliers. She assists clients with all phases of construction disputes from investigation and evaluation to litigation if negotiation fails. She has litigated a wide variety of commercial and construction disputes in state and federal court. Her experience includes projects of varied complexity and size such as commercial buildings, single family and multi-family homes, condominiums, schools, hospitals, churches, highways and shipyards. She also handles workers’ compensation claims on behalf of contractors and other employers.
