 Ms. Nashatka is a shareholder of the firm who practices in the Domestic Relations Department of Poole Mahoney PC. She was selected as a Virginia Rising Star by Richmond magazine, Virginia Super Lawyers in 2009 and 2010 and selected by her peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite. Ms. Nashatka was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2003 and is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She previously served as a law clerk for the Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
