Mr. Falkenstein previously served in the Army as a military intelligence signal intercept operator. Later, he served as a legislative aide to members of the Virginia General Assembly and as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator John Warner. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Down Syndrome Association of Hampton Roads. Mr. Falkenstein was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
