 Mr. Falkenstein is a member of Poole Mahoney PC's litigation team. He has extensive trial experience in a wide variety of tort and contract cases at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice areas include commercial, employment, landlord-tenant, contract, insurance, personal injury, professional malpractice defense and general litigation law. Mr. Falkenstein was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Third and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
