Mr. Falkenstein is a member of Poole Mahoney PC’s litigation team. He has extensive trial experience in a wide variety of tort and contract cases at both the trial and appellate levels. His practice areas include commercial, employment, landlord-tenant, contract, insurance, personal injury, election law, professional malpractice defense and general litigation law.
Mr. Falkenstein previously served in the Army as a military intelligence signal intercept operator. Later, he served as a legislative aide to members of the Virginia General Assembly and as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator John Warner. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Down Syndrome Association of Hampton Roads.
Mr. Falkenstein was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Successfully defended complex multi-million-dollar lawsuit against several members of two limited liability companies
Defended and coordinated overall defense of $10 million personal injury lawsuit against four corporate defendants
Won EEOC appeal affirming $100,000 award against U.S. Coast Guard in employment discrimination case
