| As the principal administrative and financial management executive of the firm, Mr. Sciancalepore provides overall direction to the firm's staff. He also participates in establishing and coordinating the firm's strategic plans, as well as its organizational and business goals as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He holds a Masters in Business Management, Finance and Organizational Management from LaSalle University; two undergraduate degrees (Business and Criminology); has served previously as Firm Administrator with a boutique law firm, and served in senior executive management positions with other business entities, to include Chief Financial Officer for a national finance company. His prior career as a supply officer in the U. S. Navy included service as a Commanding Officer, Controller and numerous other business service positions that encompassed handling accounting, finances, personnel management and contracting. He is active in numerous community organizations and is a Past-President (2007-2008) of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Mr. Sciancalepore was also selected as a "Finalist" in the Virginia 2010 CFO of the Year Award competition by Virginia Business Magazine. | ||
